The Outreach Department connects the participant with resources based on needs identified to the participant.
SAFE PASSAGE
The Safe Passage Department monitors the students during school arrival and dismissal to assist in maintaining safety.
VIRTUAL INTERVENTION PROGRAM (V.I.P)
The V.I.P Department is a court ordered initiative. Intensive supervision, mentorship, supportive services for youth 13-18 years in Mercer County.
High - Risk Interventionist (H.R.I)
The HRI Department specializes in safely guiding individuals in crisis into treatment through structured, compassionate, and strategic intervention.
